Highgrove Inventory Services offer a comprehensive and detailed inventory report at the start of a tenancy including front and rear gardens, garages, sheds and any outhouses as well as all internal rooms. With the support of high resolution photographic evidence included in every report, rest assured that our reports will give an accurate and fair description of the property for peace of mind.
The check in process involves meeting the new tenants at the property, signing over the keys to the new tenants and notifying of any issues with the property which have been noted in the inventory report. All meter readings will be taken at check in and check out.
A check out report is used as a comparative against the inventory report to note any changes of conditions since the initial check in. The property is thoroughly inspected, and any changes of condition noted along with supporting photographs. We will report on any appliances or fixtures and fitting that are now broken and notify the landlord/agent. Highgrove Inventory Services is also able to accept the return of the keys on behalf of the agent/landlord.

We can supply and fit smoke and carbon monoxide alarms which come complete with 10-year battery life.
£40 per inspection
A succinct report that is carried out during the tenancy term to ensure the property is being well kept and maintained.

FREE CHECK-IN REPORTS
When we complete an inventory report on the same day, we'll also complete a check-in report free of charge.
Upon request, our Clerks can be available to conduct reports on evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Last minute bookings are also welcome and we'll accommodate you where we can.
